ordering meat & fishyou must order meat in advance, we do not keep stock; therefore you must plan ahead or be prepared to wait a week.
we order the meat on a Monday morning, and it comes into us on a Wednesday afternoon; therefore if you are a Tuesday or Wednesday customer you need to place your meat order the week before you want it and it will probably have to be delivered frozen. if you are a Thursday customer then you can expect your meat the same week (as long as you get your order in on Monday).
