"Just to say that the arrival of the veggie box is a much-anticipated delight. Even if we don't immediately respond to the doorbell! One of us is invariably anwering business calls; the other is writing her bestseller and the third (the canine member of the family) is probably dreaming of slow-moving rabbits.
The arrival in the kitchen of a surprise box of vegetables has on occasion sent me scurrying to google an item. BUT the ever-changing recipe leaflet reflecting the contents of the box is very welcome. Tonight, we tried the pumpkin and potato mash with the sublime dash of mustard. And, caramellised onions are almost as delicious as chocolate. Thank you for enhancing our culinary efforts."

All the time it takes me is to make the phone call (a round trip to the dreaded supermarket in Carmarthen used to take me the best part of a day). I feed a family of 4 with 3 cats and a dog for about 2/3 of the cost of a weekly supermarket dash.
