so if you're already having an organic veg box delivered with someone else, don't worry - you can still order your other organic food groceries with us and still get free** delivery. | with the organic veg boxes** you can either choose from our set boxes**, or Pick 'n' Mix from our seasonal list.
if you require anything that is from the fridge or freezer, then these will be delivered in an insulated box with ice packs; these will remain chilled for up to 24 hours, but unfortuneatley we cannot guarantee that frozen items will remain completely frozen.
*once you've signed up to the organic veg box scheme, it will be automatic every week. we require one weeks notice to cancel or postpone your order (e.g. if you go on holidays), otherwise you will have to pay the full amount.
**whichever option you choose, to qualify for free delivery there's a minimum spend value of £25.00, under £25.00 there will be a £2.50 delivery charge.
your first delivery must be paid for by credit or debit card using our secure server - your card will not be charged until your order has been packed and dispatched - subsequent deliveries can be paid for at the door if preferred.

we are an organic food and grocery shop, based in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, South Wales - which being just 10 minutes from the end of the M4 and central to the Amman and Towy valleys is easily accessable.we deliver organic food and groceries in the South Wales area (SA post code area - Swansea, Llanelli, Neath, Ammanford, Llandeilo, Pontardawe, Ystradgynlais) throughout the week - anything from an organic veg box to a whole range of organic food and other organic produce that can be selected from the list opposite.
